Dreamers

We serve children ages 3 to 18 with critical or serious chronic health conditions, including those who might not qualify elsewhere. Check our simple eligibility guidelines before submitting a referral.

Parents, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals are welcome to nominate a child. You’ll be asked a few questions about the child’s condition and dream idea.

Once approved, we’ll walk the family through the steps — from idea to delivery. Each dream is custom-planned and powered by our local volunteers and donors.
