Who we are
We’re a 100% volunteer-powered nonprofit bringing real joy to Idaho kids with complex medical conditions. We focus on serving children with serious chronic or life-threatening conditions — including those living with spina bifida or rare diagnoses — who may not qualify for other wish-granting organizations.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: grant meaningful dreams to kids ages 3–18 facing long-term, life-altering medical challenges. Every dream is a powerful form of support — often during long hospital stays, ongoing treatments, or family financial strain — offering emotional relief and joy during a medical crisis.
Our long-term goal is to fulfill every dream request we receive in Idaho, as soon as it’s needed— and expand to serve every eligible child across the state.

Dreams across the country often include vacations, meeting their heroes, shopping trips, room makeovers, and more- all designed to give accessible experiences, and family support activities designed to bring relief and fun.
